Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Journeyman (journeymandaily.com) is designed to collect as little as possible. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and we never ask for your name, email address, or any other personal details to play.

What's stored on your device

Your game progress — guesses, results, statistics, and streaks — is saved in your browser's local storage (a small storage area that lives entirely on your device). This data never leaves your browser and is not transmitted to us or anyone else. Clearing your browser data erases it, which also resets your stats and streak.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic — things like how many people visited and which pages were viewed. Cloudflare Web Analytics is a privacy-first tool: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint devices, and does not track individuals across sites. You can read more in Cloudflare's documentation.

Cookies

Journeyman does not currently set cookies.

Third-party services

Fonts are served by Google Fonts, and the site is hosted on Netlify. When you load the site, these providers process your IP address as part of delivering their service, as any web host does.

Advertising

Journeyman currently shows no advertising. If we introduce ads in the future, this policy will be updated first, and where required we will ask for your consent before any advertising cookies or identifiers are used.

Children

Journeyman is a general-audience trivia game and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes and contact
